 Radioform uses the very best CAD software to ensure an accurate deign for your plastic parts. We can either upload your CAD file into our software, or draft it from scratch based off your sketches or verbal description. Because our software allows us to create 3-D virtual renderings, we are able to show you exactly what your part will look like before it is produced. We are also able to generate a virtual assembly of your entire product which ensures the correctness of your part's dimensions and features.

By avoiding the use of undercuts and other time consuming features in the design stage, Radioform can significanly reduce the cost and lead time for your parts without sacrificing functionality. Our mold insert system allows us to use our existing mold bases your project. We create your part by simply tooling your mold in an aluminum insert blank and fastening it in one of our mold bases. This system further reduces tooling costs and production time.
