CNC mold fabrication
Radioform utilizes CNC technology for mold fabrication. Once the design phase is completed, we seamlessly import your 3D model into our CAM software and generate all the necessary toolpaths to fabricate you mold. By designing your part with the CNC process in mind, Radioform can significantly reduce tooling costs and lead times.We save you time and money by tweaking your part's design to eliminate features such as undercuts and square corners without sacrificing appearance or functionality. For short run parts, Radioform can further reduce your costs by adding undercut features post-molding on our high speed CNC machine.

Part color and finish
Radioform can mold your part from a wide variety of thermoplastic resins including ABS, Polycarbonate, Acrylic, Xenoy and thermoplastic elastomers. We also offer a full range of part colors including clear, tinted clear, and translucent. Radioform also offers various surface finishes including bead blasting. |
Part production
To make your part production as efficient as possible, Radioform has the capability of shooting your part in a traditional horizontal press or, for smaller parts, we also have the capability of using our high speed injection machine. Even greater effeciency can be achieved through the use of multi cavity molds. Depending on the size of your part, we can produce from one to four parts per injection cycle. That translates into less machine time, less wasted plastic, and more savings for you.
