Radios Inc.'s programming fixtures are custom made fixtures capable of programming any Texas Instruments or Microchip part on a circuit board. With the PCB secured in a custom made nest, spring loaded programming pins are lowered and click into place with a magnetic catch. When programming is complete the pins click back into the up position and the next PCB can be inserted. This fixture is easily adaptable to any shape circuit board and pad configuration. Ball bearing bushings and spring loaded pins ensure smooth movement and consistent pin-to-pad contact. These fixtures are efficient, durable, easy to use and suitable for RF and microwave applications.
